Your confidential information (uploaded to our platform during the use of our products: Your business, financial, and legal transactions, customer data, price lists, and other confidential information recorded in the Versat platform) is encrypted in the database, and no employee or executive of Versat can access it. In occasional situations, such as when contracting our consulting service, this data is visible to a Versat consultant (employee) for a specified period of time, solely and exclusively through the approval of an authorization sent by email to the 'Key User' of the client (the person designated by the client to approve access to their data and budget approval).

How do we protect confidential information?

The security of your confidential information is important to us. We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your data.

"In particular, Versat commits to:"

a) Only process your confidential information when and as instructed and authorized by the Client, and for the purpose of performing one of the Services under these Terms of Use, unless required by law, in which case Versat will notify the Client in advance unless the law prohibits it;

b) Not sell, rent, or transmit your personal or confidential information to third parties. The only exception to transmit such information is in cases where this information is required in the courts;

c) Ensure that all persons within Versat authorized to process personal data have committed to maintaining confidentiality;

d) Implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft, alteration, or disclosure;

e) Immediately notify the Client when aware of and confirm any accidental, unauthorized, or illegal processing, disclosure, or access to personal and confidential data;

f) Notify the Client if the processing instructions violate applicable data protection legislation, in Versat's opinion;

g) Make available to the Client all necessary information to demonstrate compliance with data protection legislation, allow and reasonably contribute to audits, including inspections, carried out or required by the Client.

The Client commits to providing Versat with accurate contact information at all times, as required to notify the Client's Key User.

On the other hand, while we work with good security and protection practices, no web service has a 100% guarantee against intrusion, and we cannot be held responsible if this were to occur.

About sharing content on social networks

When clicking on the content sharing buttons present on Versat's pages on social networks, the user will be posting the content through their profile on the selected network.

Versat does not have access to the usernames and passwords of users of these networks, nor will it publish content in the user's name without the user taking this action.

Regarding Subscription Cancellation and Modification/Deletion of Personal Information

You can choose not to receive any emails from Versat.

In all offer emails we send, there is always an unsubscribe link available in the last lines. By clicking on this link, your subscription to the list will be automatically canceled.

It is important to mention that by filling out any form again, your email will be reintegrated into the list. Therefore, the cancellation request should be made again if you wish.
